These Terms govern your use of cruiseintelligence.ai (the “Site”), operated by Cartesys LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. The Site
The Site is a marketing and informational website. It describes a product (Cruise Intelligence) and lets you contact us. The Site itself is not the product, and access to the Site does not grant access to the underlying product or any data it produces.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You will not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without our prior written consent;
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful information through the contact form;
- Use the Site to send spam, malware, or other harmful content;
- Reproduce, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site's content without our written permission.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, mockups, logos, code, and design elements — is owned by Cartesys LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. “Cruise Intelligence” and the Cruise Intelligence logo are trademarks of Cartesys LLC.
You may view and share the Site for non-commercial informational purposes. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
4. No warranties
The Site is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information on it is accurate, complete, or current.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cartesys LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
6. Third-party services and links
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, Cloudflare, Resend, GitHub). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.
7. Changes to the Site or these Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Site at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
9. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
